Unlike the big box stores that only gurantee their trampolines for 1 year, we guarantee your entire trampoline for a full 6 years from the date of purchase.
We offer a complete lifetime warranty on the metal frame.
If trampoline parts are ordered separately, they are warrantied for two (2) years.
Our warranty does not cover damages or failure caused by abuse, misuse and abnormal usage. The warranty extends itself only to workmanship of parts and labor.
During the warranty period, Super Fun Sports (2015) will repair or replace at our sole option, free of charge, any defective parts. All shipping charges to and from the dealer are the responsibility of the original purchaser, at the original address.
Owners are responsible for assuring the trampoline is in good operating condition before and during use.
It is the owners’ responsibility to check the trampoline for defective parts at time of setup & delivery. Any defects are to be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Owners are responsible for safety of anyone using the Super Fun trampoline, and are encouraged to provide safety tips to all users of this product.
