When installing your trampoline, make sure it is placed on stable and level ground.

Additionally, keep it away from nearby swimming pools, ponds, patios, trees and roofs to avoid accidents.

Lastly, we recommend having the trampoline within the sight of your house, so you can easily supervise those who are using it.

Low quality offshore trampolines fit in a box. Ours do not. Our trampolines are shipped in a total of 7 pieces. The 4 top frames and the 4 legs are bundled into 4 bundles. The safety pad and jumping mat are in one box and two boxes of springs.

We provide FREE shipping on all of our Trampolines in Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and some outlying areas).

How long does it take to ship my trampoline?  We ship your trampoline within 3-4 business days.

There is a small shipping fee for all Parts and Accessories.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with Mat Refurbishing or Trampoline Hole Repairs

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time. It does not include transit time. Super Fun Sports does not begin order processing until all required information and full payment is obtained. Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Credit Cards

When you provide Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. with your credit card information, Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. will process your payment before sending your shipment. Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. website at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear. Should Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. reduce its price on any shipped product within 14 calendar days of shipment, you may contact Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. Support at 1-800-663-2261 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. within 14 calendar days of the price change.

Although Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. makes every effort to ship your order within 3-4 business days of receiving your order, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the estimated shipping date changes, Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. will contact you via phone or email and provide a revised shipping date.

Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc., or when Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. cannot source components for the products you ordered. In those circumstances, Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. will cancel your order for products Super Fun Sports (2011) Inc. cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products.

Unopened Products

If you are not satisfied with your Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. purchase of a product or have changed your mind, please call 1-800-663-2261 for Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 calendar days of receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. within 14 days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs to and from Super Fun Sports, and Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. will issue a 10% restocking fee on any opened product.

Defective Products

It important to inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product, call the shipper and SuperFun Sports WITHIN 10 DAYS to inform both parties of the damage. Be sure to report all damage on the shipper’s waybill. If you believe that you received a defective product, call Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. at 1-800-663-2261 within 10 days of the invoice date to request a Return Incident Number (RIN). Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc. will determine whether the product is defective. If deemed defective, Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc., at its expense, will ship another of the same product. Defective products must be returned to Super Fun Sports (2015) Inc., within 30 days of the issued RIN. Ensure that all defective product returns are accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of your customer invoice.
